Women's Health & Wellbeing
For every season of womanhood, the body included.
Women's mental health is deeply connected to women's bodies. The shifts of a cycle, fertility and its losses, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, the quiet load of holding everyone together — these seasons change how you feel, and they're rarely given room in the therapy room. Here, they are.
This might sound familiar
- Your mood and energy move with seasons you can't control.
- You've been told your symptoms are normal, or that it's all in your head.
- A transition — fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, menopause — reshaped how you feel about yourself.
- You carry everyone else's care and have nowhere to put your own.
How we work together
This is therapy that holds the whole picture. Relational and attachment-informed work sits at the centre, alongside nervous-system care and, as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, attention to how nourishment, sleep, and hormonal seasons shape how you feel. Nothing here is dismissed as 'just hormones' — the body and the story get equal footing.
