My Approach
A rooted, reflective space, where restoration begins.
My work is rooted in relational and attachment-based therapy. So much of who we are, how we love, how we protect ourselves, how we reach for connection, was shaped inside early relationships. In our work together, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a gentle place to notice those patterns, offer them compassion, and slowly practice something new. Alongside this, I weave in the tools that fit you best, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and nutrition, always in service of the relationship we build.
Relational
The therapy relationship is the work. We build a steady, attuned connection where old patterns can soften and new ways of relating, to yourself and others, can take root.
Attachment-informed
So much of what we carry began in relationship. Together we gently trace the early blueprints that still shape how you love, trust, protect, and reach for others today.
Integrative
Relational and attachment work sits at the centre. Alongside it, I draw from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness, chosen with you, not prescribed to you.
Whole-person
Mental health is shaped by sleep, nourishment, nervous-system rhythm, and the relationships around you. We can address the whole landscape, gently.
Trauma-informed
We move at your pace. Safety, consent, and attunement shape every step, there is no right way to begin.
Collaborative
You are the expert on your life. My role is to offer a steady, curious presence alongside you, and the tools that fit.

- Relationships, boundaries, and communication
- Racing thoughts, restlessness, and difficulty slowing down
