Self-Worth & Self-Image

For the women who look like they have it together.

From the outside it looks like you're managing beautifully. You show up, you achieve, you take care of everyone. Privately, there's an inner voice that keeps quiet score, telling you it still isn't quite enough, that you still aren't quite enough. This is where the work often begins.

This might sound familiar

  • You second-guess yourself long after the moment has passed.
  • Praise slides off; the smallest slight can stay for days.
  • You compare yourself in ways you'd never wish on anyone else.
  • You feel like a version of yourself, not the whole one.

How we work together

Together we listen for where the 'not enough' story first took root, in early relationships, in the roles you were handed, in the versions of you that were praised or overlooked. Relational and attachment-informed therapy sits at the centre, with Internal Family Systems-inspired work to meet the inner critic with curiosity rather than fight. Slowly, self-worth stops being something you have to earn.

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes, virtual across Alberta and Ontario or in-person in Calgary. This is unhurried, relational work.
