Life Transitions
For the in-between, when the old shape no longer fits.
Transitions are rarely as tidy as we hope. Even the ones we chose can leave us feeling unmoored, grieving a version of life that's ending while a new one is still finding its shape.
This might sound familiar
- You feel between selves, not who you were, not yet who you're becoming.
- A change you wanted still feels like loss.
- You're second-guessing decisions long after making them.
- Others expect you to have adjusted by now, but you haven't.
How we work together
We make room for both, what's ending and what's emerging, without rushing either. Using relational and attachment-informed work, we tend to the grief underneath the change, and gently listen for what wants to take root.
Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes, virtual across Alberta and Ontario or in-person in Calgary.
